Class Action

Representative action Project - Student Leaders are Lee Ronder and Ido Garbi. This project is cooperation with the Ministry of Attorney Jacob Pink in Jerusalem, and we were assigned to Asaf Pink attorney. During the project, we built a database which includes all Representative actions since 2006, regarding environmental issues, to create quick, easy and available search, for making this information more accessible. In addition, we wrote letters to the Minister of Justice regarding the regulations that will expire at the end of the year. Then we began to explore various topics, in order to submit class action in the future.
