Enviromental watch project

The project produces an online newsletter dealing with matters of Environment and Justice. Each newsletter deals with major environmental issues with great public interest about or that are important at the relevant time. The emphasis is on the legal aspect- new legislative proposals, special acts of the various committees in the Knesset, changing / updating regulations or provisions of law and more. In addition, at the end of each edition there is a comprehensive reference to recent developments in the planning and building law reform, due to its importance and impact on the environment (such as- erosion of the authority of the National Council, the lack of protection of open space, elimination of the environmental planning system, lack of public participation, etc.).
